Have you always wanted to be a majestically green goblin girl, who yes might be a kleptomaniac, yes she might have a whiskey problem and yes she might me a bit too obsessed with button collecting but don't we all!? But no this isn't a tutorial on button collecting.. I can arrange that but let's start of with the important stuff first! Make up!

Products I use

  • Fenty Pro Filt'r Mattifying Primer $46 Aus (I have oily skin so this is a solid primer to use if you are on the oily side)

  • Ben Nye Primary Creme Colours $15 Aus (I use Lime Green and Army Green)

  • Fenty Precision make up sponge $24 Aus

  • 35b color burst artistry palette from Morphe $36 Aus

  • Fenty Pro Filt'r Instant Retouch Setting Powder $44 Aus

  • Fenty Stunna Lip Paint in Uninvited $39 Aus

  • Sephora Cream Lip stain in Dark Forest $19 Aus

  • Setting Spray (ANY kind is fine)

  • I use a professional brush set, like I don't get wtf everything is for I got it on sale but I use all of them, Morphe have regular sales on brushes but you can get nice sets for not a lot of money you just want enough to have some for blending, contouring etc.

Ok, so we have the products we need! Now to get started!

To note, everytime I do Nott I always try something new, be it a new lip color, contour etc something changes and thats the fun bit! Be creative with it also do a lot of tests, practice a lot get to know what products work for you and your skin. PS when you look like a dusted donut later on don't be discouraged you will look pretty cool later!

Steps to being a Goblin

Step 1 - Put your contacts in, I for the life of me can't pop them in after everything is done, the people who can do that are obviously magicians

Step 1.5 - Get your Primer and well prime your face, you think Picasso didn't prime? I'm pretty sure he did but Priming let's do that!

Step 2 - Lightly dampen your sponge, you want it to puff up, release the excess water we just want it very slightly damp, if it's too wet you will be in for a sad time and no one wants that.

Step 3 - you're all primed and ready to go, now time to use the Ben Nye Cream Paints, if you decided to mix them get your puffed up/slightly damp make up sponge and get a bit of product on it and now I'm going to get you to do something some would say is aggressive... smash the sponge into your face, just keep patting it into your skin, you will need to keep adding more as you go start off with lighter coverage and build it up and keep patting into your skin you want it to look nice and smooth as possible (don't stress if it as light patchiness, we can build it up!) you can also mix and match the un mixed colors here for contouring and highlighting!

Step 4 -You should look like a green potato, do not fret, this stage is not the prettiest and that's fine but now that you are a green potato it's time to Bake! Get a solid amount of powder on your face and pat it in using another sponge or brush, I'll let you decide. Now leave the powder alone, don't brush it in or off, just let it sit. You are now a dusted donut. leave it for about 5 mins.

Step 5 - You can now brush away the excess and just smooth it all out with the brush, but now you can contour with eye shadow's, fill in little patches if any and build the overall look, I tend to use a deeper green for contouring, blacks, browns, some red tones for around the eyes, yellow for highlights, shade your eyebrows with shadow as well in this process!

Step 6 - Things should be taking shape now, you are way less a green potato but now a sculpted masterpiece of a goblin but you aren't done yet, adding color to your lips is my next step! I tend to use a darker color on the top lip and a lighter one on the bottom lip but will shade darker tones into the corners and middle of the lip to create variation!

Step 7 - Eyeliner and Mascara I use Fenty eyeliner for this and they have a great mascara too but you do you, want a slight flick to the liner, just want it to darken the eyelid and waterline? maybe a white waterline? that looks great! But you do you on this!

If your Nott looks a bit different that is FINE! Brilliant thing especially with Nott you can go hard core horror goblin, cute goblin and everything in between this is just what I did!
